Does your child love to tap their toes and explore the sounds of the musical world? Then Reno Phil's Discover Music is the perfect adventure for your summer afternoon! This exciting program brings the magic of the orchestra right to your local library.

Discover Music is an educational outreach program where Reno Phil musicians travel to Northern Nevada schools and libraries to perform assemblies tailored to the ages and specifications of each audience. These are designed to give students and families a close-up look at symphonic music through performances, demos and fun participatory activities. Groups include Discover Brass, Discover Strings, Discover Tango, and Discover Winds comprised each of 2-5 musicians from the Reno Phil.
