TICKETING POLICIES

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A valid email address is required for all ticket purchases. The purchase of a ticket grants permission for the Reno Phil to send email correspondence with important concert information, such as alerts, scheduling changes, etc.
Classix Concert Series are appropriate for children aged seven years and older.
Babies and Children: Every person who enters the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket (this includes babies and infants).
Events, times, productions, performers and prices are subject to change without notice.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges for individual ticket(s).
Subscribers should contact the Reno Philharmonic Box Office for exchanges. Exchanges may only be made for tickets within the same concert set. No exchanges for concerts that have passed, and tickets cannot be exchanged into a different concert set. Seat upgrades available for the cost of the price difference between upgrade and current seats. No refunds for exchanges of lesser value will be given. Seating subject to availability. Bring or mail the tickets to be exchanged, or email or fax a copy of the TORN tickets, to the Reno Phil Box Office. Tickets must be received at least 48 hours before the concert date. Any tickets or exchange requests received thereafter may be subject to an exchange fee.
Subscribers may turn back tickets to any performance they cannot attend for a fully tax-deductible donation. Bring or mail the tickets to be donated, or email or fax a copy of the TORN tickets, to the Reno Phil Box Office. Tickets must be received at least 48 hours before the concert date in order to receive donation credit. Tickets received thereafter will receive donation credit only if specifically requested by ticketholder.
Lost or stolen tickets can be reprinted with a valid I.D.
Credit/debit card fees apply per ticket, whether tickets are bought online, over the phone, or in person at the Box Office. Fees are based on the price of the seat.
Canceled Events:
Should a concert be canceled, ticketholders will have the following options:
Support the Reno Phil by donating tickets back to the ticket office, for which patrons will receive a receipt for tax purposes. The Reno Phil is a non-profit organization, and this option helps us absorb some of the ticket sale losses.
Gift certificate: ticketholders may receive a gift certificate of equal value to the total amount originally paid. Classix ticketholders may use the certificate towards any Classix concert in the season; all other concert ticketholders may use the certificate towards any Reno Phil concert at the Pioneer Center in the season. Gift certificates may be used by purchasing patron or given to guests other than the purchasing patron. Gift certificates must be redeemed at least 48 hours prior to the concert date in which the certificate is going towards.
Refund: if you are unable to donate your tickets or to receive a gift certificate, a refund will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise requested by the patron.
Ticket purchases may be split into partial donation, gift certificate, and/or refund
Any patron requesting a gift certificate or refund must do so by 48 hours after the date of the concert of which the tickets were purchased. Thereafter, ticket purchases of patrons who have not contacted the Reno Phil will automatically be converted into a donation to the organization, for which patrons will receive a receipt for tax purposes.
Rescheduled Events:
Should a concert be rescheduled, ticketholders will have the following options:

Bring or mail the tickets to be credited, or email or fax a copy of the TORN tickets, to the Reno Phil Box Office. Tickets must be received at least 48 hours before the rescheduled concert date. Gift certificates may be used by purchasing patron or given to guests other than the purchasing patron. Third Party ticket disclaimer- Patrons purchasing tickets through unauthorized third parties, such as ticket brokers or online outlets, assume full risk for potentially fraudulent tickets purchased or obtained through unauthorized vendors. Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and may be unusable for admittance. The Reno Phil cannot replace lost or stolen third-party tickets or give refunds for an invalid ticket or a duplicate ticket created by an unscrupulous vendor or a ticket sold for a higher price than the ticket’s actual face value. The Reno Phil will be unable to contact holders of such tickets about program changes or cancellations.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. The Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts is a non-smoking facility. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the facility. Photography, video or audio recording of any kind is strictly prohibited. If your ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed, contact the Reno Philharmonic Box Office immediately. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of facility management or performer. Events, times, productions, performers, and prices are subject to change without notice. This ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination at facility management or performers’ discretion upon refund of the purchase price, and subject to revocation with denial of admission or removal from the facility, without compensation should holder act in a disorderly manner or violate management’s rules or regulations. Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and damage incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after same period. You are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering, you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties.
