She has held senior roles overseeing finance, compliance, governance, advancement operations, and institutional strategy, with a consistent focus on strengthening organizational frameworks and supporting long-term growth.

Her background includes executive leadership at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she served as Associate Vice President of Advancement and Treasurer of the UNR Foundation, earning emeritus status. She also held senior operational leadership at Laurel Trust Company and began her career at Grant Thornton in audit and tax.
