Lindy began her career in commercial real estate in 2015. In that time, she has contributed to numerous successful transactions and more than 2.9 million square feet of industrial development. As a Development Manager for Panattoni Development Company, she is responsible for coordinating all aspects of land acquisition (entitlement and negotiations), managing project construction budgets, and underwriting development feasibility for high level clients including capital partners and pension funds, such as CalSTRS, and tenants such as Amazon.

Appointed by the Northern Nevada NAIOP Chapter in 2022, Lindy was the youngest NAIOP President and third female President to hold this position. During her term, she led the Chapter through a year consisting of a rapidly changing market, a significant election cycle and local change. Her collaborative approach resulted in the formation of positive relationships with local leaders, an increased alignment between the local Chapter and NAIOP corporate.

Lindy Deller is a Reno native with a dual Bachelor of Art in Economics and French from the University of Nevada. After graduating in 2015, Lindy pursued her career in commercial real estate while simultaneously opening an aerial acrobatics studio where she coached all ages and all levels aerials. She has been performing professionally as an aerialist within the community and across the Mountain West since 2014. Most recently, she co-founded the 501(c)3 non-profit, Biggest Little Circus, with the focus of increasing performance opportunities and industry standardization to improve conditions and compensation for circus artists in the Great Basin.
