MUSICIAN INCLUSION INDEX
The Inclusion Index aims to answer the question of what your orchestra’s ‘state of inclusion’ is, and how it compares to that of other orchestras. The League benchmark is a comparative measure – an overall score based on data from member orchestras participating in the October 2023 Accordant Advisors Inclusion Index survey. This report compares the Reno Phil to data from 60 orchestras, 833 staff members, and 1936 musicians.
This survey was distributed to all Reno Phil Orchestra contract members via email in October of 2023. The survey was anonymous and these results reflect 34 orchestra member's responses.
