Ryan Shaw is a three-time GRAMMY® nominated artist for his solo albums This is Ryan Shaw, In Between, and Real Love. He has performed with artists such as Van Halen, Bonnie Raitt, John Legend, and B.B. King. His music has been featured on So You Think You Can Dance, Dancing with The Stars, Grey’s Anatomy, Lincoln Heights, and in the films My Blueberry Nights, Bride Wars, and the Sex and the City soundtrack. Ryan has appeared on national TV talk shows and starred as Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, as the original Stevie Wonder in Motown: The Musical on Broadway, and as the Soul of Michael Jackson in Thriller Live in London. His latest album, Imagining Marvin, features Marvin Gaye hits and original songs.
Ryan made his debut at Radio City Music Hall at the Dream Concert benefit and has performed at Carnegie Hall for events including an Elton John Tribute and a Nat King Cole 100th concert with the NY Pops. He is the second artist in history to perform a return engagement at the Central Park Summer Stage Gala (after Stevie Wonder). He has also performed with the Houston Symphony and as a soloist for their 4th of July Celebration. Ryan's upcoming symphonic performances include appearances with orchestras such as the Cleveland Orchestra, Philly Pops, Seattle Symphony, Dallas Symphony, and many more.
