Let the elegant strings and brassy sounds sweep you away as this concert blends together the lush harmonies and iconic melodies of yacht rock legends like Hall & Oates, Toto, Christopher Cross, The Doobie Brothers, Jimmy Buffett and Steely Dan. Immerse yourself in a wave of summer nostalgia as rich orchestral arrangements breathe new life into classic yacht rock hits, creating an evening of music where the rhythms of soft rock meet the majestic power of symphonic sound.
This program runs approximately 2 hours 5 minutes with one 20-minute intermission.

Jesse Nager, VOCALS
Jesse Nager is an alum of LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts and The University of Michigan. He starred as Smokey Robinson in the Broadway revival of Motown The Musical (NAACP Theatre Award Nomination) and was also featured in the original New York productions of Motown The Musical, Mamma Mia, Mary Poppins, Scandalous, Good Vibrations, Windows, and Fame! Regional highlights include Stephen Sondheim’s Being Alive (dir. by Billy Porter at PTC), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Papermill), Jesus Christ Superstar (Jesus at Asolo Repertory Theater and The Ordway), as well as concerts, readings, and workshops of Children Of Eden, Disney’s Hercules, Rocky, Aladdin, and many more. He has performed with Mariah Carey and Shania Twain at Madison Square Garden, and his vocals have been heard on both seasons of NBC’s Smash, as well as the movie Hairspray, and numerous commercials and corporate recordings across the country.
As a producer/director/choreographer/arranger/writer, Jesse is the founder and Artistic Director of The Broadway Boys, a collection of tenors from Broadway shows who rearrange traditional musical theater tunes with elements of pop/funk/rock for a dynamic, contemporary sound. The Broadway Boys have toured the world and have been featured on America’s Got Talent, The Today Show, and their first album debuted at #6 on the iTunes chart.
TONY VINCENT, VOCALS
Tony Vincent is a renowned recording artist, actor, and producer who gained widespread recognition as a finalist on NBC's The Voice. For the past 22 years, he has successfully balanced his career between Nashville, New York City and London.
During his university years, Vincent founded his own record and publishing company, Adobe Flats Music— writing and producing the EP "Love Falling Down," which led to major label recording contracts (EMI & Sony/Epic). His solo albums, "Tony Vincent" and "One Deed," produced six #1 Billboard radio singles.
After two successful major-label projects, Vincent transitioned to rock-based theater, starring in Broadway productions of RENT, Jesus Christ Superstar and Green Day's American Idiot. He also appeared in the film adaptation of Jesus Christ Superstar and Andrew Lloyd Webber's cinematic Andrew Lloyd Webber: Masterpiece (Live from Beijing).
Brie Cassil is a powerhouse performer, singer, and actress, who has traveled the world performing on some of the greatest stages, including Carnegie Hall. She leaves audiences in awe with her vocal talents, and keeps them laughing with her perfect comedic timing. She is a performer you don't want to miss. As a proud member of Actors Equity, Brie has traveled all over the world performing in musicals and concerts.
From leading musical workshops in Brazil, to opening for ADLER with her original rock band, she has performed in all different genres of the arts. From Celine Dion, to Broadway, to Janis Joplin and Heart, she does it all.

Jason Altieri, Conductor
Jason Altieri is the current Associate Conductor for the Reno Philharmonic and Music Director of the Atlanta Pops Orchestra in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to his work in Reno and Atlanta, was the Music Director of the New Sigmund Romberg Orchestra and the Hollywood Film Orchestra. Having led New Sigmund Romberg Orchestra on 7 national tours, Jason has the distinction of having conducted in most of the major performing venues in the United States. With the Hollywood Film Orchestra, he led several tours in Mainland China and Japan. Numerous guest-conducting engagements include regular collaborations with the Duluth Superior Symphony in Minnesota, the Santa Fe Symphony, and the New Mexico Philharmonic.
In addition, Jason Altieri is a fierce advocate for young musicians and music education. He is the current Director of Orchestras at the University of Nevada, Reno and Directorship of the Reno Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. Under his leadership, the Reno Philharmonic Youth Orchestra has embarked on numerous performance tours including appearances at Carnegie and Davies Halls. In April of 2017, Dr. Altieri was invited to conduct at Nevada’s Small School All-State Festival. His educational outreach extends nationally as well through numerous clinics with young ensembles all over the country in addition to Faculty appointments at the Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Sewanee Summer Music Center.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Jason Altieri received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Georgia. He then went on to get advanced degrees in conducting from Michigan State University.
